Mindfulness 360’s programs are 
designed to cultivate effective skills for handling and reducing stress but also to support personal growth and well-being. Combining modern cognitive science with ancient mindfulness techniques, the programs invite participants to change the way they experience themselves and relate to their world.


Through "Inner Engineering
programs, participants learn to mobilize their strengths and inner resources for healing, learning, growing and finding more meaning and joy in their lives.

Skillfully applied, mindfulness based approaches can help individuals to letgo of unproductive habits and 
reactivity and realign their actions with their core values.


Programs are developed and structured to taught participants being able to:


  • manage difficulties and stress

  • reduce depression and anxiety

  • enhance clarity and focus

  • improve communication

  • increase overall well-being

The 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program (MBSR) is the foundation course that learn participants to relate differently to stresses and in fact, to relate more skillfully to their lives as a whole.


Classes include mindfulness meditation, light yoga movements, group dialogue, inquiry and instructions. Introductory presentations for the program, are offered regularly throughout the year in various locations.

Mindfulness brings benefits to both individuals and organizations. An increased number of scientific evidence shows that mindfulness at work, is a critical success factor.


Our workplace mindfulness training, will not only help your team and leaders deal better with the inevitable challenges of the working environment, but also assist your organisation to increase performance, counteract employee absence and lower interpersonal conflicts.

Retreats offer an in-depth look at mindfulness tools for engaging the demands of our lives and for deepening our inquiry into fundamental health and wholeness.


Through sitting, walking, and body meditation practices combined with mindful yoga and periods of silence, we will return to our lives better equipped to manage stress and to confidently integrate mindfulness into daily life.
