8 Week Individual Mindfulness Stress Reduction Program (MBSR)

Cultivation of mindfulness can develop those skills that will help you effectively manage anxious thoughts and uncomfortable feelings, support your efforts to change non-beneficial and dysfunctional behaviors and increase your clarity, concentration and creativity. Along with these, you will begin to restore peace and relaxation and start experiance joyful and more meaningful moments into your everyday life.

By cultivating mindfulness does not mean that we will stop facing difficulties in our lives or we will not live the "heights" and the "depths" of our emotions, but that we will learn and be prepared to better manage and effectively respond with calmness, clarity and concentration to life's challanges. The training incorporates the empirical knowledge of centuries that comes from wisdom traditions combined with the latest findings from neuroscience, psychology and medicine.


 What does the program includes (8 sessions): 

  • Guided meditations during each session

  • Deepen your experience and investigate the difficulties you face in your daily practice.

  • Short theoretical inputs: autopilot, negative thoughts, perceptions and beliefs, difficult emotions, communication, stress / reactions, etc.

  • Weekly exercise program for individual practice

  • Access to recorded guided meditations

  • Support via Skype and email


By choosing to follow the individual program for Stress Reduction (MBSR), you can gain all the benefits of a scientifically proven program, tailored to your personal needs and schedule.


Sessions are 90 minutes and can be done via video call (Skype, Facetime, Viber). All sessions and materials are in English language.
