Mindfulness@Work • Resilience (7 weeks)
In a research contacted on behalf of American Management Association International, workplace stress is a major problem in today’s organizations. Among all the issues explored in the study, the problem of high stress levels ranked highest. Well over half of respondents said their organizations suffered from above-average stress levels, while just 8% reported less-than-average amounts of worker stress. Mindfulness@Work - Resilience is a mindfulness based corporate training program designed to teach participants through mindfulness practices and techniques how to decrease and manage stress effectively and develop emotional resilience.
