Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an internationally renowned and scientifically proven psychoeducational program developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. During the 8 weeks program you will learn mindfulness skills for lowering and managing stress and how to approach skillfully to life’s challenges and difficulties.

Mindfulness Based Insight Coaching is a personalized counseling and coaching approach designed to support your desire for emotional resilience, personal growth and overall well-being. The development of mindfulness, psychological flexibility, self-compassion and habit building combined with personalized support, will empower you to reverse dysfunctional patterns of thinking and behavior and form a new mindset for equanimity, authenticity and joy.
