The second course of the mindfulness training for professionals program, builds on the foundations of the first course (Mindful Presence & Inner Balance) deepening and expanding the theoretical knowledge and experiential learning you have gained. Within the course, you’ll explore mindfulness through the lens of Buddhist psychology while refining your ability to offer mindful guidance, inquiry, and presence within a therapeutic relationship with greater clarity, confidence, and skill.
