In particular, developing self-compassion reduces the chances of burnout and empathy fatigue and supports the creation of a safe environment that is motivating and more effective for your clients. The course also includes a "mini retreat" session in which you will have the opportunity for intensive practice with the purpose of gaining confidence and comfort to effectively integrate mindfulness into your life.
The training methodology is mainly experiential and focuses on familiarizing and developing mindfulness skills such as attention regulation, non-judgment, patience, acceptance and let-go.
