Mindfulness Based Insight Coaching

In ancient Greece, when the philosopher Socrates asked to sum up what all philosophical commandments could be reduced to, he famously replied: “Know thyself.” Insight, is the capacity to gain an accurate and deep understanding of someone or something. The act or result of understanding the inner nature of things or seeing clearly.

 

Mindfulness based insight coaching will help you uncover and understand the relationship between thoughts and emotions and how they affect and influence the way you interact with your inner and outer world.

 

Cultivating a range of mindfulness and self-compassion skills combined with coaching guidance and self-inquiry, you will start challenging habitual mental and emotional reactivity patterns which cause anxiety, doubt and emotional pain diminishing the joy and happiness in life.

  • One 50’ session/week *

  • Weekly program for practice and reflection

  • Access to recorded guided meditations

  • Print/audio learning and supporting materials

  • Online journaling and reporting tools

* Additional 4 or 8 sessions are optional
